Unacceptable. 4 people waiting when I came in, 15 minutes later still the same picture. The guys were nowhere near finished with the previous customers and none of them cared. They clearly overbook appointments and don‘t care to waste the customers‘ time by letting them wait for more than 20 minutes. Not the first time I had to wait this long, but definitely the last as I will not come back!

Ich wollte Babyboomer in rot machen mit Acryl Neuset und Ana hat das Perfekt gemacht.Freundliche Mitarbeiterin obwohl Sie sehr ausgebucht waren. Ich konnte noch Pedicure hinzufügen.Vielen Dank
