They were always very friendly but they burnt my leg with the full SHR lamp and I have a big mark on my leg. I complained and asked for some kind of compensation as I understand this can happen but they need to compensate customer for such a mistake, but they never offered me anything. Find unprofessional behavior. I will need to be careful the full next couple of years on my leg for this mistake and the white mark on my leg remains there.
