Sandra is just great…I am so happy with my cut and colour. She is also all of the descriptive words in the question before: beruhigend, erfahren, herzlich, rücksichtsvoll und professionell.

la coloration s'est bien passée, mais c'est surtout les cheveux qui ont été mal coupés, il y avait des cheveux beaucoup plus longs derrière le cou, dont je m'en suis aperçue seulement en rentrant chez moi. et la coupe que j'avais présenté, sur un papier, à Sandra n'a pas été du tout la même. Pourtant sur le papier, on voyait très bien les formes de dégradés sur les côtés. Et non, elle m'a fait: une coupe à la Playmobil! Enfin cette fois-ci, j'ai été très déçue!
