I had a lovely lady doing my nails, had my acrylic taken off and she did a great job with my nails (fixing them up). I would recommend her for sure.
The service however of the other staff was average. Staff do not wear suitable clothing for this job nor was the lady at the cash machine friendly. They played music that was hardly relaxing, considering it’s supposedly a spa environment, which is my my atmosphere rating is so low.
If they touched up service, the ambiance and the professionalism they would do really well (and get a better rating).
