When I booked the price given was 96 chf and the time 1 hour and 10 minutes.
I ended up paying 113chf for extra spray conditioner, oil etc ... no one told me when asking if I want conditioner for example that it is charged extra. If This was explained by the hairdresser before she used each item and what each extra cost is, it would be different.
Time wise, instead of 1 hr 10 min I was there for more than 2 hrs and no excuse or discount or voucher offered...

Es ist immer toll bei Stacy. Sie weiss immer genau, was ich und meine Haare brauchen und behandelt sie mit dem nötigen Respekt, was in meinen Augen bei anderen Coiffeuren und Coiffeusen (ausserhalb von Varibelle) oft fehlt. Es macht Spass sich von ihr frisieren zu lassen und man kann super mit ihr reden. Immer wieder gerne :)

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem ersten Besuch bei Varibelle. Tolle Atmosphäre, tolles Erlebnis... eine kleine Oase im stressigen Alltag!
