The person who did my manicure started to put gel on my nails even though I had booked shellac. When I told him this is not what I want, he was very arogant and told me that I don’t know the difference between gel and shellac and that I had gel on my nails. I told him that I know very well what was put on my nails and asked him to do shellac.I am not very encouraged to return. The person who did my pedicure was fine, did a good job and was respectful.

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden ich wollte ein ganz eifachen Ombre was irgendwie sehr schwer für den Mitarbeiter war. Ich finde das das eigenflich zu den Basic Sachen gehört und als Nägeldesigner das im griff haben sollte.
Bei der Reklamation hat der Mitarbeiter begründet das Pink zu dunkel wäre und nicht möglich sei einen schönen Ombre zu machen. Was nicht stimmt, da ich mit dieser Farbe das schon mal gemacht habe.
