The problem is the non-existing language skills of the team. Two (or three) of the employees speak fluent English and German, but the rest, not a word! 🙈 I’m sure the boys chat and laugh about the clients, because how could we know what they talk about right?! There’s a constant chatter and laughter. It made me feel so irritated, that I won’t return again, although quality was always great. Such a shame!
