Man bekommt immer sofort einen Termin, was super ist. Leider sprechen sie kaum englisch/deutsch. Normalerweise ist das kein grosses Problem, jedoch wenn man mal eine Reklamation oder einen Einwand hat, dann wird die Kommunikation schwer. Meine Nögel sind nicht immer absolut perfekt. Aber 80% bin ich zufrieden. Der Preis ist top.

I had the appointment for 11.30 booked, and it started with half an hour delay. This is the second time I booked the special footmassage here, the first occasion was really good and professional, this time the massage was totally different and focused entirely on pushing some points. The masseur didn't know what I booked, and when it was over I had to ask that in the package I booked shoulder and neck was also included. He then continued 3-4 more minutes.
