I booked this appointment last minute, and I was glad to find a free spot at such a cheap price (25 CHF basic manicure no nail polish). I would say that the service and the whole experience weren't the best - although the job was done. I didn't end up with the manicurist I booked, and the whole time they were talking among themselves in their language - just not the best client experience. She was friendly, but constantly chatting and not paying attention to me as a person.
