I payed much more for the service, which part I agreed, additional service. I think there was a language barrier as instead of a few new naturally looking highlights and toning to fresh up with little damage to hair I got completely visible and not blended in highlights that look orange and yellow. Warm blond tone all over is not shiny at all but more yellow. Went back to fix it but didn’t really fix it, just made more yellow. I’m extremely sad about the result. Will go elsewhere to fix.

Ich war zum ersten Mal da und habe mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und macht einen super Job. Ich bin sehr happy mit meinen Nägeln. Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals.
