My daughter introduced my to Lenoir. I've now visited 3 times and each time the staff are all so accomodating, friendly & attentative. My german language is not great but that is not an issue here. All the staff I have come across speak very good english and I manage to share my requests/likes/dislikes without any issues. Miranda and Gulia have both treated me. But all the staff are so proffessional that I would not hesitate to have treatments any of the others. Thank you.
