I had a face treatment consultation with Lorena and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She started with a skin analysis, explained everything and and gave me great advice on what would work best for me. I really appreciated how professional and approachable she was, and that she never tried to push me into anything. The studio is spotless, comfortable, and has a very welcoming vibe. I left feeling well-informed and confident, and I’ve already booked my next treatment with her.

I’ve had 4 sessions of laser hair removal with LUKSUS run by Lorena, and I’m already seeing amazing results. Lorena is absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very flexible with appointments. She makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. What I love most is that I’ve felt no pain at all during the sessions, which is exactly her goal: effective, pain-free laser hair removal. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

So eine nette Frau wo liebevoll mit Kunden umgeht. Fragt immer ob man was trinken will, wie es einem geht etc. Dazu ist sie eine sehr angenehme Person zum die Zeit am Termin verbringen. Die Laser Behandlung wo ich in der Bikini-Zone mache funktioniert bei mir sehr gut und ich konnte nach nur schon wenige Termine Veränderungen sehen! Lange rede kurzer Sinn eine wirklich Kompetente Frau. Danke für den tollen Service!🥰

With over 10 years of experience in beauty and wellness and having PCOS myself, I understand how skin and body concerns can affect confidence, which is why I specialize in laser hair removal, acne treatments, weight management and anti-ageing solutions, I speak Spanish and English, and I’m currently learning German to connect even better with my clients. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where every client feels understood, cared for, and truly radiant.
