At the beginning, Claudia was absolutely amazing. She always did my nails beautifully, and they lasted up to five weeks. Recently, however, my nails barely last two weeks and they start cracking on the sides. They simply don’t look nice anymore.
On top of that, I feel like Claudia could be a bit friendlier. When you sit there a little stiff with your fingers, instead of saying “please relax your hand a bit,” she just pulls at your fingers. I find that very impolite.
