I was really disappointed how I was treated, I was not allowed to use the toilet, i was not offered any water, on a very hot day. No massage, peeling, cream for my pedicure. I paid for full service but was treated as I went to a discount nail shop. I have been there before, and never have I had any bad experience before this time.
