I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your salon. Unfortunately, the results were far from what I expected. My hair looked significantly worse after the appointment, to the point where I was extremely upset and even cried over the outcome.
I was so dissatisfied that I had to visit another hairdresser immediately afterward to have the damage corrected, which cost me additional time and money. Despite this, I was not offered a refund.

Das ist ein wundervoller Salon, Friseurin Daria hat mir einen sehr hochwertigen Haarschnitt verpasst und alle meine Wünsche bezüglich des Haarschnitts perfekt erfüllt. Neben dem guten Ergebnis des Haarschnitts war auch der Ablauf selbst angenehm, der Meister gab nützliche Tipps zur Haarpflege und es gab auch viele nette Gespräche.

Daria hat mich mit ihrer Professionalität und Liebe zum Detail überzeugt. Ausserdem liegt der Salon sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Das Färben hat wunderbar geklappt, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen:)
