Andrea war sehr aufgestellt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat mich ehrlich beraten, als ich einen komplett neuen Haarschnitt wollte. Sie hat sich mit mir zusammen daran angenähert und hat auch gerne den Schnitt einen Tag später noch meinen persönlichen Wünschen nachgeschnitten. Ich vertraue Andrea sehr und bin wirklich dankbar um ihre verständnisvolle Ehrlichkeit!

Was in the hands of Sanny for the 1st time
Asked for highlights, not too blond. Ended up with very bright
badly zebra stripes - apparently the foil had been put in the wrong direction on the entire upper head. Visibly, around the face & ears, the bright zebra stripes started ca 1 cm from the scalp. An absolute disaster!
Had to call myself and ask for corrections - leaving me then with platina blond hairs around the entire facial area.
All for a total cost of CHF 335
Would I recommend? No!
