It was a good experience. However, I encountered an issue during the payment process. Incorrect payment details were initially shared by Skinra, which led me to transfer the amount to the wrong account. Unfortunately, the recipient did not return the payment. As a result, the salon requested that I make the payment again, despite the error originating from their side.
