Tracy was a friendly person & worked quickly, but an incident occurred where a liquid was accidentally poured into my eyes, causing burning for hours.She seemed nervous and the situation. Despite providing a fan to soothe my eyes, Tracy left for next customer without checking my satisfaction. The lamination faded within a week, and the lash lifting did not last. There were also inconsistencies in the curl of my eyelashes, with the right end being more curly and the left end straight and frizzy.

Tracy was a friendly person. I booked appointments for gel nails and eyelash lifting, both with her, but her colleague did my nail. When I mentioned my concern, she insisted that his work was good, though it lacked patience and skill in shaping the nails, resulting in uneven nails shape and leaving some parts thicker. The polish quality wasn't satisfactory; cracks appeared a couple of days later.
