- Ylyn war gut. - Leider ist mein Shellac nach 4 Tagen abgebröckelt - konnte ihn nur noch abziehen. Schade. - Meine E-Mail wurde leider ignoriert.

I’ve been to this place several times and was always happy with the service and results. This time, though, it felt rushed (only 30 minutes for shellac removal and manicure), the lady seemed a bit aloof, and the quality wasn’t as good as before.
