I loved that she kept them short but cute, they look lovely. She knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a specific style and replicated it perfectly. She spoke english with me as German is not my first language and I truly appreciated that she did even though English was not her first either! It is the little things that matter and she made me feel at ease. She was precise and fast.
