Ich kam hier regelmässig seit 2 Jahren. Heute habe ich mich endgültig entschieden nicht mehr zu kommen.
Ich kam rechtzeitig an meinem Termin und musste feststellen, dass eine andere Kundin an "meinem" Platz sass, da sie danach Mitts ihrer Manicure gebeten wurde, aufzustehen und zu warten.
Die unfreundliche Dame hat mich während der Reparatur so dermassen gestresst, dass ich kaum 30 Sekunden lang den Finger unter der Lampe halten musste. Es hat jetzt Fingerabdrücke, weil das nich trocken war.

I really love this salon and I always come here because I truly like it here. Never had bad experiences and came back after this but In this occasion Nam did my nails and he truly botchered them - he used a harsh tip on the electric filer on my cuticles and made a finger bleed. I told him just to push them back but I think he did not understand me and made my cuticles bleed on two more fingers. This was my only bad experience here and this never happened with anybody else in the salon

David è stato bravissimo, veloce e preciso. Ha fatto un’ottima forma all’unghia. Tanta scelta di colori, che io apprezzo molto. Tutti nel salone parlano un ottimo inglese e sono tutti gentili. Mi trovo sempre bene qui e mi piace tornarci.
