I went there to remove my shellack, but the result is that my nails are now too red and thin, and they keep to bend and break... I can't do anything without bending them. 😢 They explained me it's normal that the nails turn red when you remove the shellack, but for my experience they become red when you remove too much nail and weaken them.

Overall I’m happy with the end result but I found that the process of removal of the previous application was very rough and a bit painful as the technician rushed through it. My nails were buffed very thin and skin nicked.
