Lovely girl, clean and neat salon.
Unfortunately work around cuticles was far too rough and in some places very painful. With the nippers, in three places my cuticles were cut far too deep, leaving wounds. Nails were filed too much on the sides, not following natural nail line - leaving white bit on the top of the nail, taking far too much of the nails on the sides. Fingertips are now quite sore and feel very uncomfortable in those areas :( and the final nail shape looks rather ugly.
