I made an appointment for acrylic removal. You close at 8, not at 7 so that is not my fault that she rushed because I didn't call to specify what I needed. I knew I could not choose 2 options as I also wanted fresh gel polish on clean nails. The electric file left my nails bumpy and not all acrylic was removed. She did not manually file down the bumps evenly. Left acrylic on the tips. Then covered the bumps with 3 coats of polish to hide how badly it looked. Even my husband noticed.
