Iulia Balan is a certified massage therapist who has joined our team this March, specializing in Brazilian lymphatic drainage, classical massage, sports massage, prenatal care, deep tissue massage and structural technique. She trained with leading practitioners in Switzerland and Spain, developing a precise, attentive and deeply caring approach to bodywork. Her sessions are known for their quality of presence, a confident, grounded touch that stays fully attentive to the body from beginning to end. Clients describe a sense of deep trust settling in from the very first moment and leaving with an inner lightness they didn’t expect to find. Some speak of physical relief — less inflammation, more ease of movement. Others describe something deeper: inner blockages releasing, a renewed connection between body, mind and soul. What unites every review is the same feeling, that Iulia genuinely cares, and that it shows in every session. Structural technique sessions are available both in person and remotely, offering flexibility for those on a healing journey wherever they are. Iulia is now available for individual sessions and wellness packages.
