Das Endergenbnis sieht sehr gut aus!

I booked for new set cost 80chf. I arrived at the Salon and the guy at the counter ask me my name and he found my name in their system. He asked me if i want yo take the color off and of course i answered yes it’e because i booked gor a new set. I sat down and the guy started working on my nails. At first, i was wondering why it’s a guy? I booked for the same person who did my nails before when i was there a month ago. Well, anyway he is working in my nails and after 30mins he said its done w/o color, nothing else except taking away the old gel. And i said is this for 80chf? He said you booked only for taking it off. I show them my confirmation which it says new set, french nail, color or shiny. They said, they can make the new set but i have to pay for cleaning up so the total will be 120chf. So why should i pay extra 40chf if in my confirmation says new set 80chf? And normally if they are the one who made my nails before this is supposed to be included already. The guy who is in the counter is not there anymore and most of the workers couldn’t explain it right because most of them couldn’t speak good english or german. This is a very bad service and very bad experienced. This was my second time and my last time. And i would never recommend this to anyone at all.

Kein Deutsch, wird kaum verstanden. Die Arbeit wird schnell und unsauber gemacht. Zwar billig, aber lohnt sich auch für diesen Preis nicht.
