Usually it’s 5+/5. Today I did mani and pedi as usual. The experience and the result is disappointing. I was cut on my big toe by the therapist till I bled and the nail polish application on my hands was way below average. I was also not asked if I would like oil and cream on my feet. All in all the therapist performed quite poorly today, definitely not to the standards of this salon and not worth the price paid. It’s sad because I am no longer sure if I want to go again.
