Will not be coming to this salon again - they just lost a customer who was paying 125 every 3 weeks. The person in charge, Tania has no understanding of customer loyalty - and super rude.
Olga is just great - I was always booking with her. Last week I booked with someone else because she was away - I wish I didn’t.
Mochi was super rude with an angry attitude and I just wanted my nails done and leave (I forgot completely about the card and stamps as they stamp every time) he also didn’t mention it.
This week I took another appointment with Olga to remove last weeks shellac because all my nails starting breaking.
I asked to be stamped today, guess what u don’t get a stamp if you go for shellac removal - I paid 40 CHF for this.
So I said to Tania, last time you guys forgot to stamp so please stamp for last week’s one- well they can’t do that. Because anyone apparently can come up and say that. LOL. She didn’t even bother to check my appointment in the system - completely ignored me and went to another customer.
I should have received 10% today I didn’t.
Never again.
