horrible experience for me... hair is not really what i wanted, its almost white at the top half now and blond at the ends, bleach was on for ages, i was really scared the bleach would destroy my hair because it stayed on so long. plus i paid 70bucks extra for a quick blow dry at the end. but what bothered me the most was that staff and clients were mostly wearing no mask at all or one under the nose or chin, as if it was cool not to care for other people´s safety. never again.
