Very dirty, not possible to pay by card, staff cannot speak well, very often misunderstanding and they can be mad at you. Poor service so far.

Die Nagel sind gut gemacht. Nur die Kommunikation ist schwierig.

Very impatient, not helpful. Doesnt like my wish for gel, turns out he is just not good at it. the final work was a bit messy, edges and so on unclean. Also super impatient when i was choosing my colour, sighing and making all sorts of signs how unmotivated he is. First nail broke after 3 days. After 10 days 8 nails broken. just honestly the worst gel manicure ever! couldnt be more disappointed.
