Sie r&auml;t vorab zu einer Konstitutionsbestimmung und einem Ern&auml;hrungscoaching inklusive einer Pulsdiagnose. Auf dieser Grundlage wird dann der Therapieplan sowie die Massage-Empfehlung erstellt. Das bedeutet: &bdquo;Die drei grundlegenden Bioenergien <em>Vata <\/em>&ndash; das sind die gesamten Bewegungsabl&auml;ufe &ndash;, <em>Pitta<\/em> &ndash; verantwortlich f&uuml;r den Stoffwechsel sowie das Verdauungssystem &ndash; und <em>Kapha<\/em> &ndash; das Immunsystem &ndash;, werden zur&uuml;ck ins Gleichgewicht gebracht. Die sogenannten <em>Doshas<\/em> bilden das k&ouml;rperliche Erscheinungsbild, die Pers&ouml;nlichkeit und die Anf&auml;lligkeit f&uuml;r Krankheiten ab.&rdquo; Behandelt wird mit unterschiedlichen Methoden, wie der Kr&auml;uter- oder Manualtherapie, die sich verschiedensten &Ouml;l-, Trocken- und Druckpunktmassagen bedienen.<\/p>\n","video_content":"","block_picture":14757},{"block_title":"Die ayurvedische Massage","block_content":"<p>Auch diese Frage tauchte nat&uuml;rlich auf: Wie sieht denn nun die ayurvedische Massage aus? Nathalie erkl&auml;rt uns: &bdquo;Die ayurvedische Massage ist ein Teilbereich der TIM (Traditionellen indischen Medizin). Die bekannteste Anwendung ist wohl die Abhyanga Ganzk&ouml;rpermassage mit &Ouml;l. Eine tiefenentspannende Massage, die den Lymphfluss verbessert, das Immunsystem anregt, entgiftet, st&auml;rkt und das ganze Nervensystem wiederbelebt. Sie dient ausserdem der Harmonisierung der K&ouml;rperenergien und der Ausscheidung von Gewebsschlacken. So unterst&uuml;tzt die Massage den K&ouml;rper in seinen Reinigungsprozessen und der Regeneration. Die klassische Ayurvedamassage, ist immer eine etwas freiz&uuml;gigere Angelegenheit und es kommt viel &Ouml;l zum Einsatz. Typisch f&uuml;r eine ayurvedische Massage sind auch die gleichm&auml;ssigen, wiederholten Griffe und ein Umkreisen der Gelenke. Ein Rhythmus, der eine ganz besondere Harmonie erzeugt.
