Xenia was good, very nice and professional and I think I could see she really likes her job. The reason why I can't give 5 is that I chose normal nail Polish and I don't think it was applied well as I can see brush strokes on it and I can see the second layer. I think shellac with the UV lamps is easier to do and therefore they prefer that.
