Grauenhaft! Zuerst wurden unsere Gutscheine nich akzeptiert, obwohl diese noch gültig waren Als Entschuldigung wurde uns dafür eine Gel-Lack Pedicure zum Preis von normalem Lack offeriert. Als die Mani und Pedi dann fertig waren (2.5h), wurde ein höherer Preis verlangt. Als wir uns wehrten, da es anders abgemacht wurde, verlor die Dame total die Beherrschung. Sie kam in bedrohlicher Art und Weise mit dem Entfernungsgerät auf und zu und drohte. Sie machte uns echt Angst. Es war so schlimm!

Honestly I wouldn’t give this place even one star. Today was my second time I went there and it was a total mess. they launched a coupon on deindeal which we purchased, after not being able to reach them via phone to make an appointment we booked a treatment via treatwell. When we got there the lady told us that we get a compensation, due to not being able to use the coupon, which was a discount of 20% of the price (same price as on treatwell). after we were finished an other lady required more money, when we refused to pay more, it ended in a total disaster, her calling her boss and shouting around.... due to language barriers we had no idea what was going on....in the end we paid whatever she wanted, just to leave the crazyness. in addition, mani-pedi took her 2,5 hours... plus the chaos at the end... 3+hours spent there.....
