I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to Abigel. From the very beginning she took her time to really understand what I wanted and asked all the right questions before starting. I felt she genuinely cared about getting the result exactly right. The outcome is honestly a dream — the highlights look incredibly natural, and my hair still feels healthy and soft, not damaged or dried out at all. I have very fine hair, which had been badly damaged. My haircut was also a disaster from a previous hairdresser. Abigail took the time to listen to me, provide guidance, and really took the time to cut my hair with attention, and care I had not felt in a while. My bob now falls like it should without over styling. Thank you for the care and lovely time (I usually hate hairdressers and always walk out disappointed).
