Trotz vollem Salon eine ruhige und angenehme Stimmung. Ohne Hektik! Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal! Ich komme gerne wieder!

The Salon was ok - I emailed ahead and asked if a patch test was required and no one bothered to reply. The hair color was over my skin and when questioning it - was told it will not stain - it did however stain as there were numerous vigerous attempts to remove the stain from hair line. The hair was left wet in the back and the colour wasnt shampooed out correcntly - a great chunk of hair was left uncleaned and it was itchy all the way home! Salon staff were curteous but at CHF 200 a pop!
