Booked a wash, cut & blow-dry for my daughter at Coiffure Varibelle Basel | Schifflände. They only cut her hair—no wash or blow-dry. After charging CHF 62, they then asked for another CHF 60 to do what was already included. This is misleading and unacceptable. No transparency or effort to fix it. I left feeling cheated. Be cautious when booking here.
