The atmosphere was unpleasant. The nail technicians spoke to each other, but hardly interacted with the clients. I was pointed at each time I had to put my hand in a little oven,My hands and nails were treated roughly, like they were a job to be done and not attached to a human being. My fingers were burning terribly each time I put my hands in the little oven, which means the technician filed too much of my nails off, something I specifically asked her not to do. My nails don't look nice!
