The salon in general is very nice, staff are usually friendly, the only thing is that the quality sometimes varies - I've had shellack put on that lasted 2 weeks without a chip, and other times it chipped within a few days (they do have a 1-week guarantee, but I never managed to find the time to go back within a week).
