After about ten visits, it is obvious that this hairdressing salon is far from reaching the high standards that one can expect in Zurich. The results, the products, the service in place and the prices are hit and miss. The confusion regarding the appointments added to a frequent request of flexibility to the client do not help neither.

Raquel ist einfach eine Expertin wenn es um Farbe und Mêches geht. Ich komme schon seit vielen Jahren zu ihr, und das wird sicher noch lange so bleiben.

Ich war mehr als begeistert von meinem Besuch in diesem Salon.
Die Atmosphäre war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und einladend, ich habe mich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Behandlung selbst war ausgesprochen professionell, achtsam und gleichzeitig herzlich – genau die Mischung, die man sich wünscht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie sorgfältig und liebevoll auf meine individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen wurde; ich habe mich gesehen, verstanden und rundum verwöhnt gefühlt.
