Alle sehr freundlich; Das Ambiente macht jedoch einen etwas chaotischen Eindruck (fängt bei der Beschilderung an). Die Behandlung war leider nicht so gut. Pediküre und Maniküre waren zu wenig präzis. Die Nagelhaut wurde zu stark nach hinten geschoben, so dass ich auch nach 2 Tagen noch Probleme habe. Die Nägel wurden teils zu kurz geschnitten, was ebenfalls nicht angenehm ist im Alltag (das Nagelbett ist eben sensibel). Mehrmaliges abrutschen mit der Feile. Ich hatte definitiv schon Besseres.

The location is perfect, just 1min away from the main station and the treatment rooms are very clean and well equiped. The staff is very friendly and professional. Adeline is very competent and experienced. The facial treatment was very professional with high end products and wonderfully relaxing face massage. This is my second treatment and I can see clearly the improvement in my skin. My experience at Body secret is amazing and I am looking forward for the further treatments.
