I've lived in Zurich for more than a decade. Viki is the only hairdresser who has never made me cry about what has been done to my hair. I leave her salon HAPPY. She listens to me. She hears what I say, believes what I tell her and doesn't make a complete mess of my hair. She is a wonderful, talented, caring person. I appreciate her and her work ethic more than words can say.
