• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
• In case of no-show or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment. In this case, the full service price may still apply.
