I booked a pedicure and was assigned Lisa, but ended up with one of her coworkers. He did a very quick and basic procedure, not even properly cutting my nails, not cleaning underneath them or trying to get rid of some of the dead skin on the sole of my feet. For 85 CHF (which is a lot of money) I would have at least expected to get the basics done.
