Very disappointing. I had been coming here for a long time, but my last visit was extremely unpleasant. The technician used the drill far too intensely and repeatedly hurt me. When I politely asked her to be gentler, she became rude and rushed through the rest in about 10 minutes. The result was unfinished, with gel I had to remove myself and parts of my nails left untreated. Sadly, after being a loyal customer for so long, I won’t be returning.
