I had been to this salon many times in the past and was always very satisfied with their former female employee, Lan Anh, who was a professional, always friendly, welcoming, and very precise in her work. Unfortunately, my experience with their new female employee was far from satisfactory: unfriendly/serious, cut my nails very short without first asking how short I wanted them, and injured me while cutting my cuticles. I hope she was just having a bad day, or good luck keeping your 4+ rating.
