COVID19 consideration was very poor. The masseuse did not really seam to know what she was doing. Quite a disappointment

I booked a massage with a therapist who has a good review. But when I arrived the spa, the staff said that she was off in that day. And one guy showed up and he said that he will do the oil massage instead of her. It was completely different from what I booked. So I turned down. I was very tired and looking for some treatment, but quite disappointed.
