I booked the appointment with Ann as the review was great, they wanted to pass me to another nail artist and I asked the guy if he/she is Ann ?? Then I realized she is not and I waited for 15 minutes until Ann is available (however I scheduled an appointment with her in advance.
Finally a guy came and asked me to follow him, and I thought he is Ann, he did his awful job and in the end I learned that he was not even Ann. They literally deceive their customers …

The lady was so so nice to put an effort and finish my manicure on time, even if I was late! She did a very good job even though she had to work a little bit under pressure! I highly appreciate it. Super nice nails💅
