I sent two emails to the salon after I had an infection from the wax. They pulled several layers of skin off and I bled through my shirt on my short tram ride home. No response. I was in the hospital twice for this wax. No response still. I am sending a third email today as the infection has come back. They didn’t do the eyebrow tint or eyelash treatment at all. They seemed annoyed when I asked about it (even though I booked it originally).

Ich hatte meine 2.Behanlung für den Samstag Nachmittag gebucht. Ich bin dort gegangen und bei derEmpfang haben mir gesagt dass Lucy krank am Samstag ist. Das verstehe ich aber finde nicht korrekt dass Sie im voraus den Kunden nicht angerufen haben oder eine Stv. Den Termin ausführen würde. Ich hatte schon den Termin vor der Behandlung mit der Karte bezahlt.
Von Treatwell bin auch unzufrieden, ich könnte nicht den Termin stornieren. Ich habe keine Telf. Nummer gefunden zum beschweren.

I first walked in I got the impression the place was a tad on the old side, not sure about hygiene. Half through, the pain Causes tears in my eyes (This was not my first time). She cools it down with water and then continues.I’m openly crying and I cannot help it, it’s burning. She cleans up, and when I’m about to pay I ask for a reduction, which she refuses and says it’s my fault cause I had shaved in between my waxings. I paid, will not come back. I am swollen & red the day after. Terrifying.
