OI would give 0 stars if I could. I booked a Shellac Russian manicure for 71 CHF thru treatwell. Stephanie tried to convince me that it meant removal of the shellac I already had instead of new shellac . Attached a picture of the service i booked and what I was offered. I was blamed for having this done like this because I was 15 min late Even tho I CALLED to ask if its ok priorly. I was gaslighted that the service described before is just “presentation”. Owner was nit helpful as well

Die Behandlung war angenehm und hat gute Ergebnisse gebracht. Allerdings musste ich 10 Minuten warten und mir fehlt Stephanies persönliche Note. Aber vielleicht haben wir uns auch einfach noch nicht richtig kennengelernt...
