Could be more relax and friendly toward clients requests. Should be more open towards demanding clients and clients requests in general. Be more kind and smily. This is a nails salon and your scope is to make your clients happy, so clients come back. You should be not only “ the machine” who makes nice nails. Work on your client relations !!!!
